Who can buy from your website?
We supply exclusively to businesses. Our platform is designed for wholesalers, retailers, metaphysical stores, crystal healers, interior designers, and other industry professionals.
- For companies based in Poland: You do not need to be VAT-registered to purchase, but you must be a business entity.
- For companies based in the European Union (excluding Poland): A valid EU VAT number is required to place an order.
- We do not sell to private individuals.
Why don’t I see the prices on your website?
To view prices, you must first register an account on our platform here. If you are already registered but still cannot see the prices, please ensure that you have completed your company details in your account profile.

How can I log in to my account?
To log in to your account, please follow these steps:
- Tap on the “Log In” icon located in the top right corner of our website.
- Enter the email address you used to create your account.
- You will receive a one-time use password sent to your email.
- Enter this one-time password in the dedicated field on the website to access your account.
Are your prices displayed with tax included, or are they net prices?
All our prices are displayed as net prices—without tax (VAT). If you are VAT registered, you can easily reclaim the tax in your own country according to local regulations.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, our minimum order value is 300 EUR.
Are your crystals and minerals ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work closely with trusted suppliers and mines around the world to ensure all materials are ethically and sustainably sourced.
Can I get a catalog or wholesale price list?
Yes, once you register and are approved as a B2B buyer, you'll gain access to our full catalog with wholesale pricing.
Where do your crystals come from?
Our inventory includes crystals and minerals from Brazil, Madagascar, India, China, the U.S., Morocco, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, and other regions known for quality stones. Each product listing includes its country of origin.
How do you ensure the authenticity of your products?
We work with geologists and trusted partners to verify the authenticity and quality of all our stones. Certificates of authenticity can be provided upon request.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and order volume. You can check the details here.
Do you insure your parcels?
Yes, all of our parcels—regardless of their value—are fully insured.
Can I be sure the products in the parcels will be safe?
We do everything possible on our side to ensure your products arrive safely. Because we work with fragile items, we use plenty of protective materials—such as bubble wrap and other safety packaging—to reduce the risk of damage. We also keep parcels at a reasonable weight (maximum 15–20 kg) to help protect the contents during transport.
While we cannot guarantee absolute safety, we take every precaution to pack your order securely.
Important:
If you notice any damage to the parcel from the outside when receiving it from the courier, you must open the parcel in the presence of the courier and fill out a damage report with the courier immediately.
What are your payment terms?
We accept bank transfers.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or credit any items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Can I visit your warehouse or showroom?
